Hint: The tooth is a resistant and hard structure that occurs on the jaws, around the mouth, and pharynx areas of vertebrates. Teeth are used for defense, catching masticating food. They are one of the hardest substances in the human body. Being a necessity for chewing, they play a significant role in speech too. Enamel, dentin, cementum, and pulp constitute the parts of the teeth.

Complete answer:
No, teeths are not bones.
Certainly, teeth look like bones. Both are hard, white, and break occasionally. But after a break, there exists a difference between teeth and bones. After the break, teeth can’t regenerate to grow themselves. A dentist is needed to restore growth. But, when a bone is broken, it immediately starts to regenerate and heal.
Both teeth and bones consist of calcium phosphate, which is responsible for their hardness. Bones are covered in a layer of cells called the periosteum, which aids in the regeneration of new growth and healing. Besides, marrow present in the center of bone produces red and white blood cells and these vessels pass throughout the bones’ structure. But, the teeth do not possess a periosteum and bone marrow, thus lacking the capacity to grow.
The following table states the differences between teeth and bones

Bone marrow is absentBone marrow is present, producing blood cells
When broken, it is not able to regrowWhen broken, it begins to heal immediately
Does not grow with the bodyGrows and changes with the body

Note:
A proper amount of nutrients and vitamins keep teeth and bones healthy. On display, teeth look bare, visible, and exposed, but the bones are tucked away under the skin safely. So there is more probability of teeth becoming damaged. At the same time, the probability of getting damaged in bones is relatively lesser. Though there are some similarities between teeth and bones, teeth can’t be considered as bones.
