Complete Answer:
Punjab was described in Rigveda as Sapta Sindhu, or Land of Seven Rivers.
Rivers, such as the Sapta Sindhu ("seven rivers" ),play a prominent role in the Rig Veda hymns, and in early Hindu religion. Vedic texts speak of seas, rivers, mountains and deserts and wide geographical horizon, Eight Earth summits, three regions of the sea or desert, seven rivers.
Sapta sindhu is also known as seven sacred rivers according to rigveda. The area of Sapta Sindhu has the Saraswati River in the east and the Sindhu River in the west. The five rivers which lie in between them are the Satudru, Vipasa, Asikni, Parusni and Vitasta.

Lets see the options :
Rigveda : The oldest known Indic text is the Rigveda Samhita.
The region of Sapta Sindhu consisted of the Saraswati River, the Indus River and five Indus tributaries, the Nadistuti sukta of Rig-Veda said, Rivers: Sutudri (Sutlej), Parusni (Ravi), Asikni (Chenab), Vitasta (Jhelum), Vipas (Beas).

Samveda : The initial principal division, also known as "trayī vidyā"; that is, the triple science" of singing songs (Samaveda).

Mahabharat : The Mahābhārata, the other being the Rāmāyana, is one of the two major Sanskrit epics of ancient India. It narrates the fight in the Kurukshetra War between two groups of cousins and the fates of the princes of Kaurava and Pandava and their descendants.

Upnishads : Each Veda has been divided into four key types of text, one of which is Upanishads, consisting of text on meditation, philosophy and spiritual awareness.

Hence the correct answer is option A.

Note: The Seven Rivers are a group of seven unknown or fluctuating named chief rivers (the number seven is more significant than the exact members of the group)-compare the Avesta Saptarishi. The Sapta-Sindhava area was bounded in the east by Saraswati, in the west by the Sindhu, and Satudru, Vipasa, Asikni, Parusni and Vitasta were the five in between.
