Complete Answer: When we talk about democracy the rulers are elected by us and in India, every person above the age of 18 has the right to vote provided he or she has the voter id . in every democracy, each adult citizen must have one vote and each vote must have one value. There are many countries such as Saudi Arabia where women aren’t allowed to vote or Estonia where people belonging to the Russian minority find it difficult to vote. When our constitution was being formed it was decided from the beginning to have a hand of the women in the right of voting as well. But now what’s more important is to have education and knowledge about what’s going around you so you know what’s better for the country, what can else be done and who to vote too. Lack of awareness and knowledge among various people incline them towards those parties which promises fake developments to be done, gives them money or food and what not but what’s more important here is to be understood by the government that these things are not to be neglected. the government should provide educational opportunities to all, resources to be utilized fully, and basic health care facilities.
