Hint: As the marking scheme for every correct, incorrect answer and not attempted questions, we have to first find out the number of questions she has answered and not answered and how many of the answered questions are correct.

Complete step-by-step answer:

It is given that,
The total number of the questions in the class test = 10
The number of questions Heena attempts = 7
Therefore, the number of questions which are not attempted by Heena = 10-7 =3
Number of questions answered correctly by Heena = 2
Number of questions answered incorrectly by Heena = 5
As 5marks are awarded for every correct answer, (-2) marks are awarded for every incorrect answer and 0 marks awarded for the questions which are not attempted, we get
$\text{Total marks obtained by Heena= 5}\times 2+\left( -2 \right)\times 5+0\times 3=0$
Thus the score obtained by Heena is 0.

Note: In this type of questions, it is necessary to obtain the number of correct, incorrect and unanswered questions before finding the score obtained by the student. The number of questions in each type can then be multiplied by the marks awarded to that type and then the total sum will be the obtained score.
