Complete answer:
The 14th general elections of Lok Sabha were held in India in four phases between 20 April and 10 May 2004. There were more than 670 million people who were eligible to vote, for electing the 543 members of the 14th Lok Sabha.
The results get announced on the 13th May 2004, when the previously ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its alliance National Democratic Alliance conceded defeat, making way for the Indian National Congress, to come back to power after a record eight years out of office (from 1996-2004).
The UPA was able to claim a comfortable majority of more than 335 members out of 543 along with the help of its allies. These 335 members were combined from the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance, the governing coalition formed after the election, and the external support from the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), Samajwadi Party (SP), Kerala Congress (KC) and the Left Front.
Now we shall look at each option-
A) 15 seats- It is not the correct option.
B) 19 seats- BSP secured 19 seats in 14th Lok Sabha elections of 2004. It is the correct option.
C) 25 seats- It is not the correct option.
D) 29 seats- It is not the correct option.

Hence Option B) 19 seats is the correct answer.
