Hint: We had to only write the given statement form of the number to its numerical form. And then we will get the sum of the digits of the number by adding each digit.

Complete step-by-step answer:
As we know that when we are given any number in statement form and asked to write it in numerical form, then we break the statements into small parts like lakhs, thousand, hundred etc and then write each part in numerical form and then add them to get the number in numerical form.
Now as we can see that the given number in statement form is
Forty-five lakh sixty-one thousand two-hundred thirty-four
So, forty-five lakhs are equal to 45,00,000
Sixty-one thousand are equal to 61,000
Two hundred is equal to 200
And, thirty-four is written as 34.
So, the complete statement will be 45,00,000 + 61,000 + 200 + 34 = 45,61,234
Now, we are asked to find the sum of the digits of 45,61,234.
And as we know that if abcdef is any number then the sum of its digits will be equal to a + b + c + d + e + f.
So, the sum of the digits of 45,61,234 will be 4 + 5 + 6 + 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 = 25
Hence, the correct option will be B.

Note:Whenever we come up with this type of problem where we are asked to write the given number in statement form to the numerical form or asked to find the sum of the digits of the number then we had to break the given statement into small parts like lakhs, thousands, hundred etc. And write the numerical form of each part and then on adding all the parts we will get the required number in numerical form and to find the sum of the digits we add all the digits of the number in numerical form. This will be the easiest and efficient way to find the solution of the problem.
