Hint: To solve this question first we will convert the decimal number at the denominator into rational form by moving the decimal to the right. Then after converting the denominator we will simplify the obtained fraction to get the desired answer.

Complete step-by-step answer:
We have been given a fraction $\dfrac{20}{0.10}$.
We have to evaluate the given fraction.
Now, in this question the given fraction has a decimal denominator. So first let us convert the denominator into a whole number.
To convert a decimal to fraction we will move the decimal to the right and add the same number of zeros (the places we move the decimal) after the numerator number. Then we will get
$\Rightarrow \dfrac{200}{1}$
Now, simplifying the above obtained fraction we will get
$\Rightarrow 200$
Hence on evaluating the given fraction we will get the value as 200.

Note: The point to be noted is that to convert a decimal to whole number we have to move the decimal to right only. Also the point to be remembered is that there is no scope of zero after the decimal if it is the last digit. Alternatively we can solve the fraction by multiplying the both numerator and denominator by 10. Then we will get
$\Rightarrow \dfrac{20\times 10}{0.1\times 10}$
Now, simplifying the above obtained fraction we will get
\[\begin{align}
  & \Rightarrow \dfrac{200}{1} \\
 & \Rightarrow 200 \\
\end{align}\]
Hence we get the value 200 on evaluating the given fraction.
