Complete answer:
The os innominatum also known as the hip bone and sacroiliac joint that present with the articulation with the sacrum, pubic symphysis that articulation between the right and left hip bones. The pubic symphysis present in the vertical plane, or the orientation of the pelvis with the body in the upright position attached with anterior superior iliac spine.
On the same coronal plane the pubic symphysis and anterior superior iliac present on it. And the pelvic surface of the body directed upwards and backwards. The upper part of the hip bone is called as ilium and the lower part called as an obturator foramen and takes a cup shaped hollow also known as acetabulum on the outer aspects. With the help of sacrum and coccyx the two hip bones are joined at the pubic symphysis.
Therefore the correct option is (A).
Note: The cavity called acetabulum to which the thigh bone articulates is present at the point of fusion of the pubis, ilium and ischium bones. And with the help of three bones each half of the pelvic girdle made from this combination. And pelvis bones connect through the trunk and legs that support and balance the urinary bladder, internal sex organs, and intestine.
