Hint: Nucleus is a membrane-bounded organelle which is found in eukaryotic organisms with membrane bounded and in prokaryotic organisms it is without cell membrane. Nucleus contains the genome of the cell.

Every metabolic or catabolic process, cytoskeletal arrangement, control and coordination is due to the presence of the nucleus of the cell. Human red blood cells are the cells which do not contain nucleus because they carry oxygen and they don’t want to utilize that oxygen for their own cellular processes so RBCs are enucleated cells.
