There was a lack of Universal Adult Franchise at that time, so because of that Constituent Assembly have not been chosen directly by all the people of India. Due to which members of Provincial Legislatures took part, so they were mainly elected by them.
5. Our constitution had accepted every religion and their traditions, their basic values and ethics
This is a remarkable thing which tends us to follow our constitution because none other countries gave an extra effort on that.
