Step by step answer: In our houses the living room is the area where we spend most of the time we live there and do all our activities in our living room. So, for a healthy life, we should have a healthy living room. If the living room is neat and clean free from infectious diseases causing bacteria then we will also free from these diseases causing bacteria and diseases. The sunlight availability should be proper in the room then it will kill all the microorganisms in the room. In the rainy season, it removes the extra smell and moisture from the room and provides a hygienic condition free from any smell, humidity, and microorganisms. Sunlight also fulfills a requirement of vitamin D in the body. Vitamin D is helpful for bone nourishment and makes them strong. Sunlight is a natural disinfectant that removes the fungus and bacteria and also makes the walls of the room dry in the rainy season. It also makes room temperature efficient as the temperature of the room is always the same as that of the outer environment. So for all such important benefits, the living room of the house should have the availability of sunlight for at least a short period of time.
Note: Government also provides rules for house construction and provides details about land area location, floor area, roof area, and also for window area. There should be free space all around the house for better light.
