Complete answer:
The Abhinav Bharat Society also referred to as the Young India Society was a secret society founded in 1904 by Vinayak Damodar Savarkar and his brother Ganesh Damodar Savarkar. Originally founded in Nasik as "Mitra Mela" when Vinayak Savarkar was still a student at the Fergusson College in Pune, the society grew to include several hundred revolutionaries as well as political activists with branches in various parts of India, extending to London after Savarkar had studied law.

Now let us analyze the given options:
A) Bhagat Singh was an Indian revolutionary who founded the 'Naujawan Bharat Sabha' (Indian Youth Society) in 1926. He and his associates Rajgur and Sukhdev were hanged on 31 March 1931. Thus, Option A is incorrect.
B) Vinayak Damodar Savarkar in 1904, Savarkar, along with his brother Ganesh Savarkar, founded the Abhinav Bharat Society in London to associate people, particularly Indians abroad, with the cause of Indian independence. Thus, Option B is right.
C) Chandra Shekhar Bose was another prominent revolutionary leader who after the death of its founder, Ram Prasad Bismil, worked to reorganise the Hindustan Republican Association as the Hindustan Socialist Republican Army. Thus, Option C is also incorrect.
D) Option D is definitely wrong as we’ve already seen in the above options that among the three, only Savarkar was related to the establishment of the Society.

Therefore, the correct answer is ‘B’.

Note:
> During his school years, Vinayak Damodar Savarkar Savarkar began his revolutionary activities, and he grew more radical with the passage of time.
> In England, Vinayak Damodar Savarkar was a member of the Indian House and he founded many student societies. One example is the Free India Society.
> The Abhinav Bharat Society had two primary objectives, namely to establish public opinion in support of the Indian nationalist revolution; and to collect funds, information, and supplies to carry out such a revolution.
