On 30 December 1906, the All India Muslim League, popularly mentioned because the Muslim League was founded in Dhaka, British India. In 1889, the Congress adopted the principle that it'd not take up any proposal which was considered harmful to the Muslims by a majority of the Muslim delegates to the Congress.
