Hint: Living organisms consist of various organisms depending on the complexity of their structure and each organ performs a certain set of functions in response to its surroundings. These are biochemical reactions that are sensitive to change in the external conditions.

Complete answer:
A dynamic equilibrium is a state achieved by a chemical reaction in which the reaction does not cease but both forward and backward reactions take place that too with the exact same rates. Thus, the reactants are converted into products and the products are transformed back to reactants at the same rate in a dynamic equilibrium.
Living organisms have their own biochemical reactions and always interact physically and chemically with their surroundings. This relative response of the internal changes being interconnected to external changes is an example of a dynamic equilibrium and is essential for helping them survive.
The biological term for the steady state or dynamic equilibrium that establishes between the living organisms and their environment is called Homeostasis. The failure to maintain this equilibrium may result in immediate death of an organism.
Thus, dynamic equilibrium in the form of Homeostasis is essential for keeping living organisms alive.

Note:
The feedback mechanism used by living organisms allows them to maintain this dynamic equilibrium. The levels of various secretions, enzymes and chemicals inside the body can fluctuate in response to a changing environmental condition. The inability to do so causes a variety of diseases.
