Hint: Chemical reactions are those reactions in which reactants under some conditions like by changing the pressure, temperature or by introducing the catalyst reactant gets converted into products. There are many types of chemical reactions like reversible, irreversible, exothermic, endothermic etc.

Complete answer:
Ester is a chemical compound which is generally derived from an acid having the molecular formula $COOH$ in which at least one hydroxyl group represented by the chemical formula $OH$ is replaced by an alkoxy group which is represented as $O$.
Benzoic acid is an aromatic compound in which benzene is attached with an acid group where acids are those compounds which have $COOH$ group with them. The chemical formula of benzoic acid can be represented by ${{C}_{6}}{{H}_{5}}COOH$ and ethanol is the compound which is alcoholic in nature and alcohols are those compounds which have $OH$ group inside it and ethanol is represented by the chemical formula of ${{C}_{2}}{{H}_{5}}OH$.
The reaction of formation of ester is known as esterification and the general reaction of ester formation can be shown as:
$Carboxylic\ \text{acid + alcohol}\to \text{carboxylic ester + water}$
Ester which is formed from the reaction of benzoic acid and ethanol can be shown as:
${{C}_{6}}{{H}_{5}}COOH+{{C}_{2}}{{H}_{5}}OH\to {{C}_{6}}{{H}_{5}}COO{{C}_{2}}{{H}_{5}}+{{H}_{2}}O$
Thus in this we can draw the ester which is formed from the reaction of benzoic acid and ethanol.

Note:
Ester is known to us due to its sweet smell and also it is used in different types of perfumes and oils. Other than this esters are also responsible for the aroma in many fruits like apples, durians, pears, bananas, pineapples and strawberries.
