A woman holds the responsibility of the entire family on her head and manages to juggle between her occupation, children and the household duties. She remains the devoted child of her parents, even after marriage. The government of India had initiated the Save girl Child campaign in 1961, when they approved female foeticide as an illegal crime to stop selective abortions.
