Hint: Eukaryotic cells typically include membrane-bound organelles like mitochondria as well as Golgi apparatus, and chloroplasts can be found in plant sand algae. These types of organelles are unique to eukaryotes cells, although primitive organelles cells can be found in prokaryotes too. As well as being unicellular, eukaryotes cells may also be multicellular along with many cell types forming various kinds of tissue; in comparison, prokaryotes are typically unicellular organisms.

Complete answer:
No, eukaryotic cells do not have restriction endonucleases. This due to the DNA of eukaryotes is highly methylated by a modification enzyme, known as methylase. Methylation in the cells protects the DNA from the activity of restriction enzymes .These enzymes are placed in prokaryotic cells where they abet to prevent the invasion of DNA by virus.
All the restriction endonucleases have been separated from various strains of bacteria. Prokaryotic cells or bacteria have this enzyme as a defence mechanism to protect the growth of bacteriophages. For instance -HindIII, EcoRIl

Eukaryotes cells-
Animals, plants, as well as fungi are the most familiar eukaryotes organisms; other eukaryotes are sometimes titled as protists.
Eukaryotic cells can reproduce both asexually through mitosis as well as they can reproduce sexually through gamete fusion.

Note: Restriction enzymes are mainly used in labs to make recombinant DNA. Restriction enzymes are like scissors; they have the ability to cut up DNA at specific regions. These enzymes are found in bacteria such as prokaryotes but not in eukaryotic cells.
