Hint: We know that global warming causes some of the most hazardous effects on the human, animal and plant population. Whereas, the greenhouse effect is the key reason for environmental concerns like climate change.

Complete answer:
As we know that the Greenhouse effect is the key reason for environmental concerns like climate change. This could be understood by analyzing the mechanism employed inside a greenhouse. A greenhouse is a structure made completely out of glass. It houses several plants which require a high range of temperature to thrive. The solar energy absorbed through this greenhouse ensures that the temperature inside the structure is relatively higher than that of outside. The mechanism here is that the solar energy absorbed is either not reflected at all or is reflected in small amounts. This ensures that the temperature remains high for the required growth of plant species. We take oxygen and release carbon dioxide in our respiration process. Plants take up carbon dioxide to make food by a process called photosynthesis.
Sr. No.Greenhouse EffectGlobal Warming
It is heat which escapes in space, the greenhouse gases block this escaping heat along with hence it enters earth. The earth gets overheated by greenhouse gases as well as fossil fuel leads to global warming.
It’s caused by the atmospheric accumulation of gas containing some heat emitted by the surface of earth. It’s caused by increased concentration of greenhouse gas in the atmosphere majorly contributed by human activity.
Humans have increased the levels of greenhouse gases in the air by excessive use of fossil fuels like coal and petroleum. This breaks the equilibrium maintained by the greenhouse effect.Increased temperatures are melting glaciers and ice caps. This melted ice increases the volume of water in oceans, leading to the rise of sea levels.

Note:
Remember that once forests are cut down for human uses, they can no longer take in carbon dioxide, and this gas begins building up in the air instead of fueling the growth of plants. So, by cutting down trees more carbon dioxide is added into the atmosphere. We've deforested large parts of the planet i.e., increased the number of greenhouse gases, and as a result, have changed the temperature of the planet.
