Hint:Plant cells are eukaryotic cells which are mostly present in green plants. They have very different features including primary cell walls containing cellulose, hemicelluloses and pectin also plastids are present. The plastids help in photosynthesis and store starch, vacuole that maintains turgor pressure.
Complete answer:
Onion peel cells:- These cells do not have chloroplast and photosynthesis processes do not take place in the onion cell. The peel of onion acquired from modified leaves which perform the function of storage. In the onion peel storage organelles are leucoplasts. The cells are uniform in structure and formed by many layers.
Spinach cells:- The cells of spinach leaf have the green coloring pigment called chlorophyll contained in chloroplast. The cells carry the process of photosynthesis and store their food in the form of starch granules. The cells of spinach leaf are not uniform in structure as seen in onion peel while they all are of different shapes and sizes found in layers from the dorsal to the ventral side.
Note:In the spinach leaf photosynthesis takes place it means they can manufacture their food and chloroplast help to store the food while on the other hand onion cells cannot manufacture their food.

Onion peel cell | Spinach leaf cell |
These cells are colorless plastids. | They have the chloroplast act as an organelle. |
They do not have the chlorophyll. | They contain chlorophyll which is pigment. |
Photosynthesis does not take place. | Photosynthesis occurs in these cells. |
These are round and pale in color. | These are cylindrical in shape and green in color. |
All cells are having the similar shape. | All cells are not in the same shape. |
