Gobind Singh originally known as Gobind Rai (born 1666, Patna, Bihar) is primarily known for the military composition of the 10th and last Sikh Guru is called the Khalsa. It is a type of Military Brotherhood.
Complete solution:
Gobind Singh inherited the military life of his grandfather Guru Hargobind and was a man of great intellectual achievement. He was also the son of the ninth Guru, Tegh Bahadur, who suffered martyrdom at the hands of the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. He was a linguist familiar with Persian, Arabic and Sanskrit as well as his native Punjabi. He further codified Sikh law, wrote poetry, and was a reputed author of the Sikh work called Dasam Granth.
Govind Singh's greatest achievement was to give a strong military base to Sikhs. According to a tradition, one morning of the services, he sat in mind before a large number of Sikhs and asked whether there will be sacrificing himself for faith. Finally a man got out. The master and his victim disappeared in a tent. A few minutes later, Gobind Singh appeared with his sword, revealed, and called for another sacrifice volunteer. This ceremony continued until five men did not volunteer.
All five men appear again; According to a tradition, men were killed but they were miraculously restored in life, and according to another Gobind Singh, only tested the confidence of men and instead killed five goats. Looking at the title of nectar (sweet water or nectar) and considering the title of Title Pank-Piyara (five dears), he constituted the nucleus of the great Sikh military brotherhood known as the Khalsa (pure) established in 1699.
Every step was calculated to generate a fight sentiment in his Sikhs. He created a body of marshal poetry and music. He developed his people's love for his people through his "rituals of steel". As a guiding spirit of the reconstructed Sikh army with the villages, he went to two fronts against the enemies of the Sikhs against an army and second hill tribes against the Mughals. Their military was fully devoted and fully committed to Sikh ideals, desiring to danger everything due to Sikh religious and political independence. However, he paid a huge price for this freedom. In a fight near Ambala, he lost all his four sons. Later the struggle claimed his wife, mother and father. He was killed by a Pashtun tribe to take revenge for his father's death.
Note:
Gobind Singh announced that he was the last of the individual gurus. From that point forward, Sikh Gurus were to have the Granth Granth, the holy book. Gobind Singh stands in the mind of Sikhs today as the ideal of Sikh soldier-saint.
