But a later situation came in my life where I couldn't even run or assign someone my task. That time I knew we all face our fear at some point and the only solution is dealing with it. I talked to my mentors about my biggest fear. They helped me a lot, they made me understand that I need to face this, and only by practicing can I overcome this fear. I started doing lots of practicing in front of my family, my friend and then I realized that only by facing and practicing I can overcome it. One day I got assigned to deliver a speech in assembly and now I don't need to run. I knew that time I could do this and I delivered my speech with confidence. That's how I faced my fear and overcame it.
