4. In Metaphase, the chromosomes are going to line up neatly end-to-end along the equator of the cell. The centrioles which are released from the centrosomes reach at the opposite poles from each other with the mitotic spindle fibres releasing from them.
5. During Anaphase, the mitotic spindles are then active to pull apart the sister chromatids as by the help of fibres, one centriole pulls one chromatid toward one pole and another one pulls another chromatid to another pole.
6. In Telophase, a full set of chromosomes now can assemble together. The single cell then pinches in the middle in order to form two separate daughter cells where each of them contains a full set of chromosomes inside their nucleus.
