Hint: Cell sap is a fluid inside the organelle of a plant cell which serves as storage of materials. It contains variable amounts of food and waste materials, inorganic salts, and nitrogenous compounds.

Complete answer:
Cell sap is fluid that is present in the vacuole of the plant cell. Vacuole is membrane bound organelle. The membrane of vacuole is called tonoplast.

Air vacuoles: present in prokaryotes. Eg. Blue green algae, purple and green photosynthesis bacteria. They have metabolic gases to provide buoyancy.

Sap vacuoles: They are fluid filled sacs bounded by a selectively permeable membrane called a tonoplast. They are store houses of sugars, organic acids, water soluble pigments i.e. anthocyanin, mineral salts and excretory waste products. In mature plants a single layer central vacuole is present. It occupies 90% volume of the cell. In plant sap vacuoles maintain proper osmotic pressure.

Contractile vacuole: they are meant for osmo-regulation. Also helps in excretion. Present in freshwater Protists such as amoeba, paramaecium and some algae like chlamydomonas.

Food vacuoles: they contain the food to be digested present in the phagocytic cells like WBC’s and some protozoans like amoeba.

Hence therefore, cell sap occurs in vacuole. The answer is option (B)

Note:Nucleolus are not bounded by any membrane like nucleus and it is the site for active ribosomal RNA synthesis.
a) Endoplasmic reticulum: Two types i.e. smooth endoplasmic reticulum and rough endoplasmic reticulum. It takes part in detoxification of toxic chemicals.
b) Golgi bodies: Also called traffic police of the cell. It helps in packaging of the material in the cell. Formation of lysosomes and formation of plasma membranes is aided by golgi bodies.
