Hint: Like other organisms, the human body has body cavities. These cavities are fluid-filled space inside the body, which help in the holding and protect the internal organs. The cavities are separated by the membranes and other structures.

Complete answer:
The body cavities are fluid-filled space inside the body formed during the embryonic stage. A coelom is a cavity which is lined by the cells derived from the middle layer called mesoderm of embryonic tissues. It is also known as a true coelom. There are few organisms where this coelom is partly enclosed by tissues from the middle layer. This type of cavity is called pseudocoelom. In some organisms, the body cavity is absent.
Let us look the option one by one –
-Enterocoel: The enterocoely is a process of embryo development in some animals and also the origin of cells involved. In this middle layer called mesoderm is formed from developing embryos. In which the coelom from the pouches grows and separates from the digestive tract.
-Blastocoel: It is also known as the blastocyst cavity. It is formed during the process of embryogenesis. After the fertilization, when oocyte cleaves and results in the blastocoel.
-Schizocoel: It is a true coelom found in invertebrate animals. This cavity body lies between the digestive tract and musculature of the body wall. It is formed through the splitting of the mesodermal mass (middle germ layer) in embryonic development.
-Neurocoel: This cavity is the chordate cerebrospinal system which is formed in the embryonic spinal cord and brain that developed into the central canal and ventricles respectively.

Hence, the correct answer is option (D).

Note: The human body cavities are grouped into two main types of the body cavities they are dorsal body cavity and ventral body cavity. The ventral cavity consists of the thoracic cavity, abdominal cavity and abdominopelvic cavity whereas the dorsal cavity consists of the cranial, spinal and pelvic cavities. Only the cranial cavity is rigid while other cavities are flexible and allow the organs to expand.
-The different cavities enclose the different organs, they are follows:-
Thoracic cavity – heart and lungs
Abdominal cavity- digestive tract and kidney
Cranial cavity- brain
Pelvic cavity- reproductive tract and bladder.
