This classification of three domains is done based on the type of cell of the organism as bacteria cells are the type of cells that do not contain a nucleus, archaea cells are the type of cells that do not contain a nucleus but they compose different cell wall from the bacteria and eukarya are the type of cells that contain a nucleus.
