What are the characteristics of an endothermic reaction?

Hint: In chemistry thermodynamics is one of the important topics for monitoring the reaction. In thermodynamics, the word meaning is thermos means heat and dynamic means flow. In thermodynamic basics we study the flow of the heat in the chemical reaction. In this topic we focus three main things. There are systems, surrounding and boundary. We consider our reaction system and environment is surrounding and in between the junction is boundary.

We must have to know that in thermodynamic basics endothermic reaction means heat absorbed in the reaction. The initial temperature of the reaction is greater than the final temperature of the reaction. Simply to say the temperature of the reaction decreases when the reaction starts. This temperature decreases of the reaction mass because the energy in the form of heat used for the breaking the bond in the reaction is more than the energy released during the reaction mass.
Some examples of endothermic reactions are given below, melting of ice cube (temperature decreases due to change from solid to liquid) and forming a cation from an atom in the gas phase (temperature decreases due to formation of cation).
