As we know , black ash is the mixture of sodium carbonate and calcium sulfide. And it is the impure sodium carbonate which formed in the Le – Blanc method by the reduction of salt cake by using the coke. Or the black ash may be any of various dark coloured crude precipitate which is obtained from the industrial process. And the example is crude barium sulphide and crude sodium carbonate formed by the Le – Blanc method. This black ash is a strong material which is widely used as a shock resistance. Therefore, it is used in the tooth handles, rackets, and base - ball bats.
