Hint: In a day we have 24 hours. So first we will calculate minutes gained by the clock in 24 hours because in question we have to find time shown on 6 day. Also in a day from 12 night to 11:59 in day we write as A.M and then from 12 in day till 11:59 in night we write P.M.

Complete step-by-step solution -
In the given question the time shown in the clock at $1^{th}$ day is 11 a.m.
If the clock gains 12 minutes in 12 hours so in 24 hours the clock will gain 24 minutes.
In 12 hours clock gains 12 minutes
So In 24 hours clock will gain 24 minutes
According to this time gained in 5 days
\[=24\times 5=120\] minutes
And we know in 1 hour there are 60 minutes
1 hour = 60 minutes
Hence 2 hours = 120 minutes
So after the $6^{th}$ day the time will be 2 hrs deducted from the time shown on the clock.
So time showed on the $6^{th}$ day = 1 p.m.
So, the time = 1 p.m. – 2 hours = 11 a.m.

Note: In this question time gain in 12 hours is given so we first need to find time gain 24 hours. It is the most important step in this question. Here we should also have the knowledge about the unit conversion of time from minute to hour and hours to day.
