NEET-UG 2023 Result Declared, Check Cut-off & Counselling Details Here

The result of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2023 have been released on, June 13, 2023. The NEET UG 2023 results, which include the all-India rank (AIR) toppers, cut-off percentiles, and final answer keys, have been announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Students can check their NEET 2023 results by visiting the official website- neet.nta.nic.in. 




Steps to Check the NEET-UG 2023 Result Online

Step 1: Open neet.nta.nic.in

Step 2: Click on the ‘NEET-UG 2023 Result link

Step 3: Enter the login credentials

Step 4: The NEET-UG 2023 result will be displayed on the screen

Step 5: Check the marks and download the scorecard for future reference

There has been an increase in the cut-off marks for the current year. For general category candidates, the cut-off marks have risen from 138 in 2021 to 117 in 2022, and further to 137 in 2023. Likewise, for SC, ST, and OBC candidates, the cut-off marks have increased from 108 in 2021 and 93 in 2022 to 107 in 2023.

In NEET UG 2023, Prabhanjan J from Tamil Nadu and Bora Varun ChakravarthiI from Andhra Pradesh achieved a perfect score of 720. The state with the highest number of qualified candidates in NEET UG 2023 is Uttar Pradesh, with a total of 1,39,961 candidates.

For NEET UG 2023, a total of 9,02,936 male candidates registered, out of which 8,81,967 appeared in the exam, and 4,90,374 candidates qualified. On the other hand, there were 11,84,513 female candidates who registered for NEET UG 2023, with 11,56,618 appearing in the examination, and 6,55,599 candidates clearing the medical exam.

NEET-UG 2023 Counselling Details

The counselling for 15% AIQ Seats, Deemed Universities, Central Universities, Seats of ESIC and AFMC, BHU, and AMU will be conducted by the DGHS, Government of India. Candidates can find additional information on the website www.mcc.nic.in. The application process for 15% All India Quota seats will be carried out according to the guidelines provided by DGHS, and the Counselling process will conclude once all the seats are filled.
