NEET 2023 Exam Day Guidelines: Everything You Need to Know for a Smooth Test Experience

NEET is an annual entrance exam in India administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the Medical Council of India (MCI). It is intended for students interested in pursuing undergraduate medical (MBBS/BDS) and related programs at approved medical colleges across the country.

NEET has replaced several medical entrance exams that were previously conducted by various states and institutions, creating a standardised entrance exam for all medical aspirants in India. This change has resulted in a more uniform process for medical admissions across the country. NEET is typically held in the months of May or June.

For students hoping to enrol in undergraduate medical (MBBS/BDS) courses at prestigious Indian universities, the NEET UG exam is crucial. A single paper with 180 multiple-choice questions spanning Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany and Zoology) makes up the test, which is given in a multiple of languages.
