The official notification about National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test – Undergraduate 2022 (NEET-UG 2022) has been released by the National Testing Agency on Wednesday evening. NTA has announced that the exam will be held on July 17, 2022, while the registration process for the same has begun tonight.
NEET 2022 aspirants can check the official website of NTA to register for the exam. The online registration process will be open from April 6 to May 6, 2022. And the last date to pay the application fee online is May 7, 2022. Check the NEET 2022 important dates below.
As per the official notification, this year, the duration of the examination will be a total of 200 minutes (3 hours 30 minutes), i.e. 2 pm to 5:20 pm. The medical entrance test will be conducted in the pen-paper mode for all the candidates.
The exam will be held in 13 languages, including English, in nearly 543 cities across the country. Besides India, NEET 2022 will also be conducted in 14 cities, including Abu Dhabi, Bangkok, Dubai and Singapore.
NTA has further stated in the notification that the NEET-UG test will consist of 200 multiple-choice questions in total, i.e. 50 questions in each subject - Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Zoology and Botany).
