Divisions of English Olympiad
All the students studying from classes 1 to 12 can apply for the International English Olympiad 2020 and assess their knowledge. The English Olympiad 2020 usually consists of two levels as follows:
The Level 1 exam
All the students of class 1 to 12 are eligible to apply for this test
No minimum marks required to participate in this exam
The Level 2 exam
Students who have participated in the Level 1 exam are then further shortlisted for the 2nd Level examination
Students appearing in the top 5 list from each class who appeared for the level 1 exam are eligible for the level 2 exam.
Only the top 25 students either rank wise or zone wise will be selected.
All the class toppers of each participating school in which case a minimum of 10 candidates from each class can appear in the English Olympiad 2020 and are able to secure a minimum score of 50 per cent.
The top rank holders of each section will be selected, in case the registration was done section wise.

A prospectus with all the details specified pertaining to the registration and the examination is sent to all the schools that are registered with the SOF. The schools which have not registered themselves with the SOF and are interested to participate in the International English Olympiad 2020, are eligible to apply for the test by sending a mail on the official email id of the SOF or can convey the same over the phone.
The students who are interested to apply for the test can fill the application form as specified in the prospectus and are liable to handover the application forms to the respective school authorities. The school then sends the application forms collected from all the students to the SOF for conducting the English Olympiad 2020.
