After a number of requests from students and parents, the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has decided to re-open the registration window for Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2022. The KCET 2022 registration window will re-open on May 29, 2022, and will remain open till May 30, 2022. The candidates can avail registration form through the official website (kea.kar.nic.in).
Earlier, the registration window closed on May 12, 2022. The re-opening of the window will give another chance to the candidates who missed the process earlier.
According to the KEA notice, “On the request of many students and parents, a final chance is given to students who have not registered to appear for CET 2022. Those who did not register or apply online can register, pay the fees and apply online from May 29 to May 30 before 8 pm to be eligible for admission to various professional courses for the year 2022.”
Steps to Register for KCET 2022
Step 1: Open kea.kar.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Karnataka CET application’ link.
Step 3: Fill in the required details.
Step 4: Upload the required documents.
Step 5: Pay the registration fees.
Step 6: Submit and save the form for future reference.
Candidates who have paid the trial fee of Rs 1 and did not complete the whole registration process should also register themselves by paying the application fees. The KCET 2022 admit cards are likely to be released by the first week of June. Students can visit the official website to download the admit cards. CET 2022 is scheduled between June 16, 2022, and June 18, 2022.
