Exam Schedule 2021: Check All The Dates Of JEE, NEET, CBSE Board Exam

The ongoing coronavirus pandemic has affected the livelihood and left the worst impact on the students’ lives and their exam schedule. Keeping all these in mind, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ has recently announced all the important exam-related updates through live webinars via his official Twitter account.

The Education Minister has taken a tough call of keeping all the students, teachers, and parents’ plea in mind. He has dropped hints about the exam dates of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Mains and JEE Advanced), National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), CBSE and state board exams for 2021.


CBSE Board Exams 2021:

Following several pleas from the parents, teachers, and students, the Union Education Minister has announced that the Class 10th and 12th board exams will be held from May 4 to June 10, 2021. The practical exams will be held in March 2021 under the supervision of the respective school authorities. The syllabus for both Class 10 and 12 exams have been revised and reduced by 30 percent further due to the ongoing pandemic. The result for the CBSE 2021 board exams will possibly be declared by July  15, 2021. 


Joint Entrance Examination 2021:

There are two steps in the Joint Entrance Examination - JEE Mains 2021 and JEE Advanced 2021. While the NTA (National Testing Agency) has already announced that the JEE Mains exam this year will be held four times (February, March, April, and May), the JEE Advanced exam schedule has not yet been announced. The Education Minister has recently announced that he will reveal the date sheet of JEE Advanced 2021 on January 7 at 6 pm through a live webinar on social media along with the eligibility criteria.


Meanwhile, the application for the JEE Mains 2021 has been started on December 16, 2020.

However, this year aspiring candidates can apply for all the sessions at one go. Another important aspect to be noted by all the students is that JEE Mains this year will be held in 11 regional languages.


NEET 2021:

While Pokhriyal has not hinted on the NEET 2021 dates yet, there is talk in the town that the upcoming NEET exam might be held in May this year. The dates will officially be announced soon by the Union Education minister. Upon releasing the date sheet of NEET 2021, medical aspiring candidates can check out the date of application form release and fill in the form online.
