It is likely that the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams 2023 will begin by February 15. The exam date was announced along with the declaration of Term 2 result 2022. CBSE has also confirmed that there will be only one exam, along with a few changes in the academic year.

Earlier, CBSE was conducting the exam in two terms - Term 1 & Term 2. Term 1 theory papers were given 30% weightage while 70% to Term 2. For practical exams, equal weightage was given to both the term papers. In 2022, the overall success rate for Class 10 was 94.40 per cent and 92.71 per cent for Class 12.

The CBSE date sheet 2023 for classes 10 and 12 will be released by December 2022. Students should visit the official board’s website (cbse.gov.in) for further updates.
