KCET 2020 Application Deadline Extended to March 16, 2020

The last date to apply for KCET 2020 is now 16 March. Aspirants who were unable to submit their application within the previous deadline, of 2nd March 2020, are hereby informed that they may now proceed with or resume their applications for KCET 2020. The link for the KCET application for this year has been enabled from the 07. 03. 2020. Aspirants may submit the application fee by the 18. 03. 2020. The application correction window will be activated from 19. 03. 2020 to 25. 03. 2020.
Aspirants qualifying the Karnataka Common Entrance Test are eligible for admissions into various professional undergraduate courses such as B.Tech, B.Pharma, etc in the esteemed colleges of Karnataka. The application window for KCET 2020 was initially closed on the 2nd of March 2020. Since then, the KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority) has been receiving requests to extend the last date for application, from a number of KCET aspirants and their parents. The KEA has, thereafter, announced to re-open the application window for this year’s KCET.
Documents Required for KCET 2020 Registration
While registering on the KCET official website, aspirants are requested to provide a valid email address and a valid contact number. Once an aspirant is registered successfully on the website, he/she will receive a user id and a password. Aspirants will be required to use these credentials to log in to the website, so as to check further test notifications. Aspirants are required to furnish the following information at the time of registration:
Adhaar card details (or proof of Indian citizenship)
Scanned copy of his or her passport-size photograph
Scanned image of his or her signature, or left thumb impression.
Aspirants may also be informed that the application fee payment window will remain active till 18th March 2020. Both online and offline modes of payment are available for paying the application fee. The application fee can be paid online using credit cards, debit cards or internet banking. The following table enlists the KCET application fees for different categories of aspiring candidates.

After the last date of the KCET 2020 application, a week’s time will be allotted for making corrections (if any) in the application form. The Karnataka Examinations Authority will be activating the correction window for KCET 2020 application form, from 19th to 25th of March, 2020. Applicants must re-check all the data furnished in the application form and make the required changes in the above-stated time span. Once all the corrections are done with, Applicants are requested to take printouts of their application forms and get them attested by a Gazetted Officer. They can get the attestation done by the Principal of their institutions.
