The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the date sheet of Class 12th exam a few days ago. As per the date sheet, Biology paper will be conducted on May 24 while the May session of Joint Entrance Main exam has also been scheduled on the same day.

Union Education Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ took to social media to announce the board exam dates of 2021 on February 2, 2021. Followingly, students of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu PUC (Class 12th) have raised their concern as the date of JEE Main is clashing with their board exam date.
As per the Karnataka PUC date sheet, their Physics paper will be conducted on May 24 and the Maths, Chemistry paper will be conducted on May 27 and May 31 respectively. Besides, Tamil Nadu board students have also urged the NTA to shift the engineering exams dates to another date so that they get enough time to prepare for the examination.
JEE Main May session exam will be conducted from May 24 to May 28, 2021, while the CBSE Computer Science (old) paper has been scheduled for May 29, 2021.
In the wake of the coronavirus outbreak, JEE Main exam will be held in four phases i.e. February, March, April, May. Regarding the same, the Education Minister earlier said, "The move will ensure that students don't miss out on opportunities due to clash of exams or due to the COVID-19 situation.”

There is a possibility that the jee main exam of the may attempt might clash with the economics board exam on 25th may 2021.
