Students interested in post-graduate programmes in the MedTech field can apply till June 15, 2022. Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur, in collaboration with All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) Jodhpur, is now offering a number of Master's and PhD programmes in MedTech. The different programmes are scheduled to begin in July 2022.

Interested students should visit the official website of IIT Jodhpur (iitj.ac.in) to get further details. Students clearing the written test and interview rounds will be eligible to enrol for the coursework offered by the two prestigious institutes of the nation. The written exam and interview are curated jointly by IIT Jodhpur and AIIMS Jodhpur.
The number of seats offered to medical and engineering graduates is equal. The coursework will be concluded by a project focused on creating a futuristic device with set protocols. According to the two institutes, this is the first time such advanced-level courses in MedTech have been offered in the country.
This course will help students in cross-functional learning with an aim to bring innovation to the field of Medical science with the help of technology. IIT Jodhpur Director, Santanu Chaudhary, said, "Our country has the best doctors, best engineers, and the will to improve patient management. With a focussed and combined effort, I am sure we can fire up the innovations in the medical technology ecosystem."
