CBSE Board Exams 2024: Last Chance to Correct Student Details

What Can Be Corrected?

This isn't about changing subjects or exam centres. Schools can fix minor errors in:

  • Candidate's Name: Misspellings, middle names missing, etc.

  • Parent/Guardian Names: Typos, initials instead of full names, etc.

  • Date of Birth: Small inaccuracies that don't affect the age category.

Important Points to Remember:

  • Deadline: No changes will be accepted after 8th January, so act fast!

  • Correction Fees: Each correction costs Rs. 1000, payable by the school.

  • No Major Changes: Complete name changes, subject selections, etc., cannot be modified.

  • Login Credentials: Schools need the student's username and password to access the correction portal.

How to Make Corrections:

Step 1: Visit the CBSE website:

Step 2: Click "Pariksha Sangram" > "Head Office" > "Centralised LOC Correction."

Step 3: Log in using the student's credentials.

Step 4: Make the necessary corrections and submit.
