The board exam season is fast approaching, and students are eagerly awaiting the release of their respective exam schedules. In a major development, the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) released the dates for the ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) board exams in 2024. These exams will be conducted between February 15 and February 23, 2024.
While the ICSE and ISC dates are confirmed, students awaiting other major board exams like CBSE, UP Board, MP Board, and Bihar Board are still waiting for official announcements. However, there are some key updates and tentative dates available.
The Latest Information on Board Exam Dates in 2024 for Different Boards:
ICSE and ISC: The CISCE released the official date sheet on December 7, 2023. Class 10 exams will be held on February 21, 2024, while Class 12 exams will be conducted on February 12, 2024.
CBSE: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has not yet declared the official dates for the CBSE board exams 2024. However, the board has announced that the exams will be held between February 15 and April 10, 2024. The detailed date sheet is expected to be released by the end of December 2023.
UP Board: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has confirmed that the UP Board exams 2024 will be conducted between February 22 and March 9, 2024. The practical exams for Class 10 and 12 will be held from January 25 to February 9, 2024.
Maharashtra Board: The Maharashtra Board will hold the HSC board exams 2024 for the Class 12 exam will be conducted from February 21 to March 19, 2024, and the SSC Class 10 exams from March 2024.
MP Board: The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has announced that the MP Board exams 2024 for Classes 10 from February 5 to February 28, 2024 and 12 will be conducted between February 6 to March 5, 2024
Bihar Board: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has confirmed that the Bihar Board exams 2024 will start from February 15 to February 23, 2024 for Class 10 and Class 12 will be conducted on March 2024.
Tamil Nadu: Due to Cyclone Michaung affecting several districts, Tamil Nadu has postponed its Class 12 half-yearly exams, which will now start on December 11. The final Board exam will be held for both Class 10 and 12 on March 26, 2024.
