JEE Advanced Syllabus Weightage 2022 Analysis

The previous trends have shown that Chemistry is often the easiest subject among the three; however, one still cannot ignore it as it is also one of the most scoring. According to the official JEE Advanced 2022 syllabus, Class 11 topics consist of almost 30% to 40% of Chemistry, while in Physics, Classes 11 and 12 hold equal weightage. The Mathematics section was composed of 40% to 50% of topics from Class 11, which serve as the  foundation for Class 12.

Although the weightage differs for every topic in the syllabus, it is strongly recommended that students must not rely solely on these figures and should go through every topic carefully, irrespective of the number of questions asked or the weightage they carry.  The chapter-wise weightage of the IIT JEE 2022 syllabus is just the tip of the iceberg.

Only studying the chapters is not sufficient. A thorough understanding of the syllabus and weightage of chapters in both the IIT JEE 2022 exams is necessary to ace the examination.
