KVPY 2021 Exam Update
As per the news published by various news & media agencies, KVPY has been postponed due to the stay issued by the divisional bench of the Madras High Court.
Responding to the PIL (Public interest Litigation) filed to seek the direction on why a prestigious exam of our country KVPY is being only conducted in two languages i.e., English & Hindi? The divisional bench of Justice Sanjib Banerjee and Justice M.Duraiswamy of Madras High court asked the central authorities to inform the court what steps are being taken to conduct this paper in various regional languages. The judges gave the centre 15 days to respond, till then the court had issued a stay on the conduct of KVPY 2021 which was supposed to happen on 7th November 2021.
